The Escuela Española de Cata is an institution made up of an outstanding team of professionals and collaborators, pioneer -since 1995- in the provision of tasting courses and sensory analysis of agri-food products, quality assurance, organisation of events and gastronomic trips, aimed at companies and individuals in Spain and Latin America.

Backed by more than 20 years of experience in the sector, it offers anyone interested its own private and specialised training in the field of sensory analysis of Spanish and world wine, through a unique learning experience of excellence and independence.
